I have wondered for years what happened to Susan. She and I were playmates when we were both about ten years old. We lived a block apart. We were very good friends. She and her family were very nice to me when a lot of people weren't. We snuck a horned toad into her room once and shared it as a pet until her mother discovered it. She played the piano beautifully. I remember her beautiful red hair and how we used to play a game where we sat on top of her backyard block brick fence which faced a main road with busy traffic. We waited until cars were passing and one of us would fall off the fence on purpose. When a concerned adult stopped to see if we were ok, we'd jump back over the fence and run away laughing. Immature yes. But fun. I am so sorry to hear of Susan's passing. Debra Holz

I remember Susan fondly as she played the piano so beautifully for us and Mr. Fenn's Choir. I was quite saddened by the news of her passing.
