I remember Mike's family dairy farm. We bought our milk ther every week in the glass bottles. I didn't know or realize how much work and effort the family put into operating a dairy farm, but now that I have lived in Wisconsin (the Dairy State), and have had many former students who grew up on dairy farms I know the amount of work and commitment it takes to run this type of business.

I Remember the dairy well. We lived within walking distance. and always bought our milk there.

At times they would let us go out in the pasture with them,.

We got to watch them at milking time, and always explained what was going on.

The family was always so good to our Girlscout Troop, and would let us sell our cookies to the customers that would drive through to get their milk.

Great, great memories!!

Quinn's Dairy was always the BEST !

I have fond memories of our Mom buying milk there in a 2 1/2 gallon size box that fit nicely into our fridge. Back in the day my brother Kevin and I could easily polish off one of those boxes of ice cold milk every couple of days (in a single day if there were chocolate chip cookies around). As a result, we were regular visitors to the dairy several times each week.

Such great memories of the friendly local dairy that played such an integral part of our early lives. Many thanks and blessings to Mike Quinn and his family for their positive influence on the South Bay community they served with such quality dairy products...

So sorry to hear of Mike's passing...so 'young'.

Does anyone know if he and Sharon were still married??
I hadn't seen them or heard of them for years
.

Pray his family is well.
