If you wanted to act cool, but just didnt know what to do... Just watch Bob Flemming. In 1967 Bob was in the car accident that killed his best friend Tom Conley. He was horribly injured himself, but pulled through.
After our release from service in 1971, Bob and I crossed paths at El Camino. He proceeded to Santa Cruz University where he received his Bachelor in Political Science. He "dabbled" in local government for awhile until he was hired at McDonnel Douglas, eventually becoming an independant lobbyist for them in 1992 (which meant a move to Sacramento.). He was definitely "cool" and has been missed. (BTW last name is only one "m".)
