Survived By: His wonderful son Rory (Kim) Anson of Portland Oregon, and two grandsons Finn and Liam.

Mike was a wrestler in High School and grew up on the corner of Michelle Drive and Henrietta. His younger sister Michelle Anson Silmon, class of 1970 passed away from Breast Cancer in 2009. Mike was a great writer and was once the editor of Road and Track magazine. Editor in Chief from 86-89 for Motor Trend. Editor in Chief for Peterson Publishing Co 1978-1990 He had a great sense of humor and was always a car lover. At one time he was on Channel 5 doing a weekly program in the morning called "The Car Dudes." RIP Mike
